Returns & Damage Policy (Original Artwork)
Thank you for supporting my work. I want you to feel confident purchasing original art on my website.
7‑Day Returns (Originals): You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in original condition and, when possible, in the original packaging. Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility. Once the artwork is received and inspected, I will issue a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method.
Free Shipping (Outbound): I offer free shipping on original artwork within the U.S. (“Outbound” means the initial shipment from me to you.) Because outbound shipping is not separately charged, it is not refundable.
Non‑Returnable Items: Commissions/custom work and special orders are final sale. Any item clearly marked “Final Sale” is final sale. Using a discount code does not make a painting final sale unless it is marked Final Sale.
Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. When applicable, I will provide a refund (each original is one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced). I may require the artwork to be returned and/or the carrier claim process to be completed.
