What is the print shipping policy?
We choose the most secure and cost-effective shipping carrier based on the specific items ordered and your delivery destination. Standard production and shipping transit times range between 1 to 7 business days. You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves the fulfillment facility.

Due to technical shipping constraints, oversized pieces with a long side greater than 40 inches or a short side greater than 30 inches may incur additional packaging handling fees. Please review our crating policies below.
Large-Size Products and Crating Policies
To guarantee absolute safety during transit and eliminate the potential for carrier handling damage, specific oversized items measuring over 30 inches on the short side or over 40 inches in length must be shipped inside heavy-duty structural crates.
Products over 40 inches long that must be shipped flat may require specialized freight transit. Custom freight quotes are available for large-scale displays. Please reach out via my Contact Form to request a freight quote before purchasing.

What is the return policy for prints and home decor?
Because every single print, canvas wrap, metal panel, and apparel item is custom-manufactured on-demand specifically for you when you place your order, all print and lifestyle merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my print item arrives damaged?
My fulfillment partners do their absolute best to package every reproduction securely. In the rare event that your package is mishandled by the carrier and arrives damaged, please retain all outer boxes and bubble wrap packing materials. Take clear photographs of the damage and submit an alert through my website Contact Form along with your original order number so I can immediately issue a complimentary replacement order or file a carrier insurance claim for you.
Can I cancel an order once placed?
Because our order queue is automated and pushes instantly to manufacturing, print cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you realize you made an error, please reach out through my Contact Form within one hour of checkout, and I will do my absolute best to intercept the printing queue if production has not yet commenced. Approved refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect back on your financial statement.
