7‑Day Return Window for Original Artwork
If an original painting does not perfectly fit your interior space, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The artwork must be returned in its pristine, original condition and, whenever possible, packed back inside its original protective studio shipping box and structural wrapping.
Return shipping costs and the required full-value transit insurance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Once the returned canvas is safely received and inspected at my private studio to confirm its condition, I will issue a full refund of the original purchase price back to your original payment method.
Outbound Shipping Adjustments
I proudly cover the costs of outbound shipping and full transit insurance on original artwork within the United States. Because this initial delivery cost is absorbed as a complimentary service to you at the point of sale, outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be factored into returns.
Non‑Returnable & Final Sale Items
- Custom commissioned artwork, specialized orders, and tailored sizing requests are entirely final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any portfolio item explicitly labeled or marked as Final Sale at the time of checkout is final sale. Please note that simply using a standard promotional discount code does not make an original painting final sale unless it is explicitly marked on the checkout page.
Transit Damage or Incorrect Deliveries
In the rare event that an order arrives damaged by the mail carrier or you receive the wrong item, please notify me within 72 hours of delivery via my Contact page.
Please include clear photographs showing the damage to the artwork itself, as well as photos of the outer shipping box or crate packaging.
Because every original canvas is a completely unique, one-of-a-kind masterwork, damaged originals cannot be replaced. When applicable, I will issue a complete financial refund. Please note that I may require the painting to be returned to my studio and/or the official carrier transit claim process to be finalized before releasing funds.
