Artwork must be returned in pristine, original condition and in its original packaging. Custom reproductions and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery via my contact form with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Eligible items will receive a complimentary high-definition replacement. Return shipping, packaging, and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds apply to the artwork price only—outbound shipping is non-refundable (including complimentary U.S. shipping). Refunds are issued after the artwork is received and inspected. I work primarily on archival, 100% heavy cotton canvas stretched over sturdy wood stretcher bars in a versatile 0.75-inch fine-art profile, and occasionally on wood panels. To protect the surface and bring out depth and luminosity, each finished canvas is carefully sealed with a professional Liquitex gloss fine‑art varnish. This protective layer helps shield the work from moisture and dust and reduces the risk of UV-related yellowing.
